Vita Antequam Mortem Chapter 1: Principium. [Beginning] I mean I don’t know where to start, so I’m just going to start from the beginning. There once was a kid name Amedeo who had a twin sister name Chasity who were created by a women name Dominga Welch. This family was a very close family. Dominga the mother was a wonderful hard working women who loved both her children with all her heart. Dominga was also very kind. She did her best to help anyone who needed her. Throughout High-School her children became very popular. Her son Amedeo had his own crew and his sister Chasity had hers too, but basically they were one big group of friends. In this group of friends there was Augustus who was the most popular. He was the one who got all the girls. He was tall dark skin and tatted up. He was great at almost everything he did. Video games, girls, and sports. His main thing was basketball though. He was one of the best when he was on the high school team, and he actually had the potential to go all the way in his basketball career. He had confidence, he was charming and he knew how to get what he wanted. He really wasn’t all that smart school wise though. He was the bad boy type. Loved to fuck, but not to love. Basically top dog out of the crew. Augustus had a girlfriend, and her name was Juliska. Believe it or not Augustus had two kids. He had a son with Juliska and his name was Vadik, and he had a daughter with Jost sister Naamah and her name was Waiola. Secondly we have Ignacio. He was also tall and he was light skin. Another one of the top dogs on the crew. Just like Augustus he was also good at basketball and video games. There was time when I thought that he was better than Augustus. Ignacio was on the team just like Augustus in high school. They both was unstoppable together. They also was best friends, but at the same time they weren’t. The reason for that is because they was on the same level so they was always in competition which each other. Ignacio was another one who got all the girls. Ignacio and Augustus together pretty much could have any girl they wanted. Ignacio had potential to go far in basketball but he never really made it. He went to college and all that to play ball, but unfortunately his grades wasn’t good enough. He had a beautiful girl name Amanda. Ignacio was a Barber, and he use to cut everyone’s hair when they needed a cut. He did a great job every time. He was too nice with it. Ignacio was also the best dressed out of the crew. It seemed like Ignacio had it all out of everyone that was in the crew. I mean he always had money, he was spoiled, and he could work whenever he wanted to. He also had all the newest iPhones and jewelry. He had it going on. Next we have Eloi. Eloi was Jamaican just like me, but I was only half. He was full blooded. He was the rapper out of the crew. We all loved music but he loved it the most. He had huge dreams of becoming a rapper and that was what he focused on. He got a few shorites too but not as much as Ignacio and Augustus. They were on a whole different level. Eloi was my best friend, and still is until this day. He loved white girls. I mean we all did but he loved them the most. He was pretty cool, down to earth, and loved to have fun and party just like the rest of us. He loved Jamaica and went there as much as he possibly could. He loved cars. He always had a thing for them, plus ever since I knew him his family always had new cars. Eloi had a little brother named Izzy. Izzy was chill too. He was like a little brother to me, since me and his brother was best friends and all. Next we have Julek. Julek was mad funny and chill too. He was kind of like Ignacio when it came to being fly and having all the newest things. He had one girl who was bad but I don’t know things happened and somehow shit went sour and he lost her. Next we have Gemini. That was my homeboy. He was too funny. He also was a hard worker, and he always had bread. He use to get fly too, and we had some good times together. After me he was the second funniest in the crew. He was tall light skin and goofy looking. He had to move away though for some personal reason, but we always kept in touch. Next we have Octavia. She was down with the crew. She was chill and down to earth. She was more of my sister’s Chasity’s friend, so I really don’t have much to say about her. Then we have my boy Jost. He was one of my main homies. He was another hard worker, and he knew about the struggle. He was also mad funny, and his moms would always cook the best Spanish food. He was basically like my brother from another mother. Next we have my sister Chasity. Man I loved this girl, I hate to admit it but she was my ride or die. I would do anything for her, and she would do the same for me. We were really close but I mean Chasity was my twin so what do you expect. Chasity had a disability though, which was called ADHD. She had some other shit too but, I don’t have time to get into all that. My sister Chasity was very smart though, and a little hyper at sometimes. When it came to technology, there was nothing Chasity couldn’t do. She was like a computer genius. Everyone always came to Chasity when they needed help with something on the internet. My Chasity biggest problem was that she didn’t believe in herself as much as I did. The next person I am going to tell you about is one of the main characters of the story. Matter fact she is the whole reason why I am even writing this story. This person name is Kaarina. I mean I don’t even know where to start with this girl. Kaarina was amazing. She was funny cute, classy, and smart. Kaarina loved to eat good food even though she was kind of picky. She loved to go out and have fun and most of all she was down for the cause. Kaarina was 5’1, brown skin, nice white smile, long golden pretty hair, even though that shit wasn’t real, it still looked good. She was a good girl who loved bad boys. Typical. Kaarina was like a thug. She loved all that gangsta shit. Home girl always had money, and she was a hustler. Not drug wise but job wise. She was the only person who I knew could save up ten stacks easily. Kaarina loved shopping, treating herself to things, hated being home, and loved being around her friends. Most of all she loved sex. The struggle. Last but not least there’s me. I don’t know how true this is but I’m going to try and explain myself without making myself sound to extraordinary. My name is Amedeo and I’m also browned skinned, but I always thought of myself as light skin. I am 5’7 and have a muscular built. I would be chubby at sometimes and fat at other times. I was always went up and down with that in my life. I would also be fit at some points in my life. I don’t know it was weird. I was a family man and loved my mother Domingo and sister Chasity with everything in me. I also loved to have fun, party, and live life to the fullest. I loved sports also. I played football, basketball, and track in high school. I was way better at football than I was at basketball, but I loved basketball more. Few of my bros did some of these sports with me too so, you already know we had a good time. I was a hard worker. I always maintained a job throughout high school and after. For the most part, I always had a car too. My car was never nothing all that but it got me from A to B. I was considered the nice guy and probably still am. I was always into the idea of love and romance. I watched a whole bunch of love movies in my life, but don’t get me wrong I watched action movies too. Unlike most men I was more in tune with my emotional side, but what can I say I was raised by my single mother Dominga. My father Diego was never in the picture like that and my sister Chasity was a female, so I was mostly always around women. I was a dreamer, and I had big plans for my future.
