Books today seem to miss the warmness of Beatrice Potter, the old world charm of ‘Wind in The Willows’. Tumbling Downs has been read to two grades of children in two different schools, years 3/4 & 5/6. The response amazed me. I thought they’d be bored as Vampires, and other nasties are the norm. Tumbling Downs has humour, adventure and intrigue. At no time did I think Tumbling Downs would go as far as it is. Marie Teresa Boyson born 11/04/1952 Birmingham, England. Migrant arrived in Melbourne Australia 16 years old, July 1968. Has three children Sara, Stuart and Matthew, married twice Dennis(not a happy experience ) Max a better mistake. Has a passion for children, the lost, and the heart broken been there done that. Loves cats, art, craft, music and my four grandchildren Harley, Jory, Ebony and Brianna. Has the privilege of being an E.S.O (education support officer) at Mackellar Primary School in Melbourne Victoria.
