About the Book

Rising Star was written for people who want to become extremely successful. Many people aspire to this goal but don’t have a clear idea of what it takes to get there. Becoming extremely successful means making fundamental changes in many different areas of our lives—from leadership and negotiating skills to managing our health and relationships. All too often, people master one or two of these skills but are held back by weaknesses in other areas. In Rising Star, Brad Frank maps out an integrated approach to extreme success. He identifies the basic principles of who we are and how we relate to other people, then applies those principles to the concrete tasks necessary to attain personal and professional success. Packed with psychological insights, practical knowledge and references to cutting-edge advances in technology and business, Rising Star is an indispensable resource for those who want to get to the top of the heap.
