Susan D. Badger has lead retirement communities and skilled nursing facilities for over twenty years. She worked closely with hundreds of families and residents in making broad-ranging life decisions—always with her signature style of personalized attention knowing that there are a variety of models available to each family to best meet their needs. Susan Lane Shaw has worked with professionals, agencies, organizations, families and individuals as a Planner with the Area on Aging, Program Director and trainer with Hospice, and Executive Director of an Assisted Living community to make a real difference in the quality of life for aging families.
