About the Book
This is yet another collection of short stories, a lot of these are stories that were submitted to magazines over the past few years but never published. I had intended to put together different stories originally, but I decided to send some stories with the same theme. A lot of these stories have to deal with human nature, like “The Fall Of ‘99” which I finally finished recently. It deals with seeing someone in the neighborhood each day and wanting to say something to that person, but being shy and timid gets the best of him. The there’s the story “The Dream Of Mr. D.,” where a man is dreaming and when he awakens he literally gets a rude awakening. But there are other stories like “Sundown,” “The Race Of The Fools” and “Corners And Passages” that have twists and turns and a lot of imagery, where you turn in one direction and you just might fall into a pool of water or see a giant door with a 10 foot high clock. And the story begins…
