About the Author

Carolyn Solomon was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and attended Northern High School. While there she served as reporter and editor on the student newspaper. An avid reader and writer since childhood, she won first prize for a short story about prejudice. This story was featured in Ingenue Magazine in 1955. Since retiring from AAA Insurance years ago, family and music occupies what times is left from reading and writing. Carolyn presently resides in Southfield, Michigan with her spouse and agent, Odis Solomon. She wants her readers to remember love is like a swallow. Don't let it fly away!
