About the Book
Prayer has played a unique role in the lives of believers throughout history. It has brought forth results during the time when people were enslaved or deprived of their freedom. Prayer is used during meditation so God can minister to the soul. Man believes that it has an invisible connecting link between man, soul and the spirit. Man use prayer to increase their belief that God has special interest in their life and he will help them. It is a universal belief that one can pray to the heavenly father for anything. The writer wants the reader to know, that prayer is an infinite message. It can be used as ones constancy reference. Prayer may have a message that comforts the individual’s soul. It provides a sense of tranquility. The Gift of Prayer, is an individual and affi rming source for everyone to use during his or her daily meditation.
About the Author
Jennie Lee Allen-Burton is a retired Learning Disabilities Teacher. She worked thirty-five years, for the Chicago Board of Education, where she provided Resource Services for forty children per week. A former Instructor at Education Station, she helped to improve the students’ math and reading scores to above grade level in 2003 and 2004 and writes Inspirational Greeting Cards and prayers. She lives in Chicago, Illinois
