About the Author

I was born in a small Southwestern Pennsylvania town. I grew up with a good work ethic and taught that you worked diligently for what you wanted. Even though I had religion in my life, I pretty much lived my life in a secular environment. Then on a momentous day, July 11, 1990, in the midst of a financial crisis and great personal turmoil, I got an unmistakable “call from God.” It started a marvelous journey and now I would like to share some of what God has revealed to me, in the hope it will help others in their walk of daily challenges. May this personal journal offer daily inspiration. I am married 40 years with four wonderful daughters. I have now been blessed with eight lively and interesting grandchildren. Jan 1st. A new year – a new beginning. What a great way to start a new year by renewing your faith. Each day is the first day of the rest of your life. It may be your last day on Earth, live it as such. Each day presents new challenges, ask God for strength to see you through whatever you may face. “Begin each day in prayer with God.” This will see you through the day.
