About the Author
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. I have degrees in the French language from the University of Michigan and the University of Chicago. I also did post-graduate work at the University of Iowa. I taught French and English in high schools and colleges in Chicago, Illinois, Iowa City, Iowa, Anchorage, Alaska and the Kansas City area. My hobbies are knitting, reading, cooking and, of course, traveling.
