About the Author

In the compilation of this book I have drawn on my life experiences. With my family friends and companions, over the years starting at fifteen years of age. I began writing poems. Poetry that, helped me express my feelings. I have a great love for life, animals and people., and nature. My first acknowledgements are to my parents; Jean Louise Jenkins and Jordan Jenkins, who raised me in Cleveland and Rocky River and Berea Ohio. For those who inspired my writings; first my parents. Then the first love of my life- Gregory Gene Evans. . To my two sons that were, and always will be the apple of my eye; Michael Eugene and Justin Kenneth. Also all of the wonderful family companions we had the pleasure of knowing. When I entered my late twenties, I began oil painting wildlife animals in their own natural habitats. I am now a local artist in the city of St Cloud Florida. I also am a wolf curator; I rear and, rescue wolves and hybrid wolf dogs as, I have a degree in animal science. I had wanted to become a veterinarian but finances were not secured yet. I will continue to write poetry and, if I am blessed will publish another book in 5 years or before my passing.
