About the Book

Poetics is a short but deep and inginious use of words in prose form for thought and reflexion. Its fun and thought provoking and written for all kinds of times in life, situations and events , spiritually uplifting and supporting perhaps in times of need or in times of healing and in times of celebration of the human condition. I have written Poetics with the talent I have been passed on from my granparents and parents and have come up with these unique poems I now can share with the public. THanks to Xlibris for helping me through the publishing process of my first book and thanks for the opportunity to be able to share it with an audience that will now be able to read through Poetics and hopefully enjoy it as I enjoyed to write and come up with this project. About the Author

My name is June Elizabeth Dorfsman Clemente, I was born in Mexico City, Mexico on June 9th 1969. I was born in the ABC Hospital in front of the American School Foundation where I studies K-12. I studies I bilingual bicultural education since I can remember and one of my favorite subjects in school was writing and English. I have always had a gift of writing and expression and today I compile in this book, POETICS, with the knowledge and experiences I have acquired in my 38 years, this array of poems for your enjoyment and pleasure. Though thought provoking, they are also pleasing and simple and gifts I bring from my own to your eyes in hopes you will enjoy. I have a bachelors degree from NY University in Art and half way through a masters in Education from Alliant International University. Although I dabble in art, I feel that writing is my forte. I hope to continue writing in the future and create more books that will have success with new readers like you. I am a member of the International Society of Poetry where I entered my poem “ SPRING” which won the Editors Choice Award this year. I had the opportunity to read my poem in Las Vegas in a Poetry Convention with other great poets and the experience was unique and fulfilling. I hope I can share this fulfilling experience with you.
