About the Book

Poetic Inspiration Peace, Wisdom, and Treasure Poetic Inspiration Peace, Wisdom, and Treasure is dedicated to Bishop Calvin Davis, Sr. and Bishop Leslie Edwards, whose words will always remain inspirational. Their manner of life had a profound effect on many people and several members of Pentecostal Way of Truth wanted to share some of the treasures that was given to them. Both men’s words of wisdom had a way of springing beyond troubles and instilled a sense of peace that became our inspiration in our everyday life. As a way to show others how they inspired us, we created a poetry book as a fundraiser to keep their vision alive. Their vision was to expand our organization in our community. They were creating a place where people from all walks of life could be educated, while having the freedom to express their culture through dance, arts, and language.
