The Author Joan C Mullins was born in Jersey City New Jersey, moving to South Carolina many years later she retired to pursue her hobby of painting and to venture into writing children's stories. For a time the stories were tucked away in a closet. One day while she was sorting through her treasures there they were. Once again as I read them "She said" they still give me a chuckle.
