About the Author

Lee, M.S. a nutritional consultant, a health researcher, and trained educator who coaches clients on the benefits of natural approaches to a diet that strengths the spirit, mind, emotions, and body. He continues to study nutrition-based therapies, procedures, and treatments while furthering his education to obtain his doctoral degree in holistic nutrition. Joyce Lee, M.S. a health coach, a Harpist, and a health researcher for more than ten years who coaches clients in natural health modalities. She received her Masters degree in Natural Health, and currently researching the effects of Humor and Laughter on Stress, Hypotension, Diabetes, Thyroid, and Heart disease. In addition to her research, she mentors others regarding their Health and Weight loss goals while continuing studies toward her doctoral degree in natural health.
