About the Book

Barry’s story begins with an announcement from his dad that the family is to move away from the only house Barry has ever known. He’d just as soon not go anywhere. He will miss a great summer with his friends. How will Barry handle all of these changes? Will the new place be okay? Will Barry be okay?

About the Author

Carol Rogers is a retired teacher. This is her first book, but not her first story. She enjoyed telling stories to her two daughters when they were growing up. She lives in south central Wisconsin with her husband and dog. She enjoys many hobbies and singing in the church choir.
