About the Book

Artists Kimbra Eberly and Carissa Pignatelli want to call attention to the fragile state of biodiversity on Earth and heighten public awareness about environmental challenges facing endangered wildlife. The Project Extinction coloring and spirograph book showcases our favorite animals and provides essential information about their existence. Your coloring and creative spirographs bring the images to life. Through the Project, our goal is to motivate everyone to support organizations like the World Wildlife Fund for a sustainable future. This book contains only a handful of the thousands of animals that need your support. We hope you’ll pour your love, imagination, and creativity into this book and develop a deep affection for these incredible creatures, just as we did.

About the Author

Kimbra Eberly lives in Staten Island with her partner Kenneth Graham and their cat Garfield. She is a multi-hyphenate artist. In 2020, her first book was published: Inadmissible - The Case of Lizzie Borden and Other Murderous Women. In 2023 her second book was published: The Writer’s Bloc, an anthology of writers based in Staten Island, New York. Carissa Pignatelli lives in Staten Island with her dog Prince. She is a film actress, voice actor, writer, and registered nurse. Her current project is a graphic novel titled “Escape the Mortars,” which centers around a Vietnam veteran and is set to be published in 2025.
