I Walk By Faith

It is now 2014 and I was doing all that I could do. I still remembered the answers that God showed me to the problems of our area. I was continuing in prayer and I spoke with my pastor about spending time on the alter in prayer. He agreed to whatever time I needed at the church. After days of prayer, God began to tell me what I must do. My prayers consist of asking God for direction to what I must do. He reminded me of what my desire was to help the veterans, homeless and hungry. I also felt the desire to help the forgotten military that were homeless. I remembered a guy walking across the United Stated to bring awareness to a specific disease. I asked the Lord if that is what I'm supposed to do? God responded with a question, "Is this just a problem in your town?" I answered "No, it's all over this country." He responded "So why don't you walk around the perimeter of the United States bringing awareness to this problem?" My first response was "Yes Lord". Welcome to my journey of obedience. Along the way God taught me many lessons about Him and his people. The lessons always started with me.....
