About the Book

Daisy May is an energetic and adventurous little girl who can always be found enjoying the great outdoors. In this adventure we fi nd Daisy May and her dog Jamie visiting many different locations around the country village where she lives. Daisy May owns a favourite pair of wellington boots. The boots have been stuck in the cupboard under the stairs and are ready for an outing. The change in season ensures the wellington boots get their wish. An unexpected twist adds a surprise to Daisy May’s day. This journey round Daisy May’s village is fast paced and full of bright illustrations to accompany the story.

About the Author

Emma lives on the Wirral with her husband and growing family. She has three children who attend the local primary school. She enjoys the great outdoors with the family puppy, often calling the puppy out of mucky and revolting situations. Emma trained as a Primary School teacher in Yorkshire and has taught in schools around the Wirral and in Liverpool. She has a great interest in children’s literature and encourages her children to read a variety of stories and to have a go at writing their own.
