About the Book

In September of 2002 the Rotary International President from Thailand challenged all Rotary members to “Sow Seeds of Love”. Polio Plus a Rotary program is destined to eradicate Polio from the planet by 2005. Every penny raised will help meet this goal. From every “Harpo the Carpo My Friend” book sold the author and Illustrator will donate the amount needed to vaccinate one child.
