About the Author

Dr. Debbie-Ann Lawrence is the CEO of Lawrence12Enterprises, the Executive Director of DL Consulting as well as Senior Pastor of Life Rock Prayer Center. She is a seasoned leader and philanthropist. Lawrence is an Entrepreneur and Administrator whose expertise has increased students achievements across content and grade-levels. She has been very instrumental, purposeful and passionate in helping businesses, schools, communities, churches, teams and individuals become better equipped for success in terms of people building / team building, Leadership, Empowerment and Culture. Lawrence is an innovator and expert as it pertains to purpose, transformational leadership, vision, goal- setting, goal-tracking and goal execution and socioeconomic growth. Prior to earning doctorates in Education and Law, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science, a M.B.A in Finance and Management and a Master’s Degree and Specialist degree in Education. She is a certified Educational Leader. Additionally, she is a published author of ten (10) books in multiple languages and has garnered a wealth of experiences from different sectors in education, law, business and community grassroots initiatives / organizations. Lawrence also serves as an advisor, coach, a Corporate Consultant and mentor for some phenomenal leaders. What she does and who she is both inspiring and transformative.
