The seekers leave Bangkok convinced they are ready to meet the challenges and opportunities of the 21st Century. But are they?   The return flight becomes a turnaround flight and crash lands at a train station at the moment of the departure of the last train, the "Train of the Fifth Era."

D. Patrick Georges is Chairman of La Costa Consultants, Inc., and adjunct professor of management at National University in San Diego. He has authored several books and articles and is co-creator of the Synolic development model.
