Act Two

About the Book

ACT TWO is a short novel, it is a simple story, not a love story, but a simple story about two people who see each other on the street. Everything is fiction, although I did see someone who I passed by each morning on the way to work, we never did speak to each other. This is just a simple story of someone who I saw each morning, for about four months on the way to work, and I decided to put it into a story. I call it ACT TWO because I thought that maybe this was a second act that was beginning in my life.  That was not to be the case, but I still kept the title anyway. This is not dedicated to anyone.

About the Author

LLOYD E. SCOTT (b. 1955) was born in Oakland, California, reared in Berkeley and Los Angeles, California. He is divorced with no children and lives in Oakland. He is the author of 11 novels, and over eight collections of short stories. Lloyd works for a Law Firm in San Francisco’s Financial District.
