It is about understanding and acceptance, about strength and wisdom, about seeing for the first time what we have always taken for granted. It is about how the simplest things can give us great happiness if only we take the time to know them. It is about how our wonderful world can be enough for anyone.

About the Author

About the Author Elia Sinaiko is a retired psychologist living in a house that he built by the sea, in Provincetown, Massachusetts, with his son Nicolas Alexander Little Bear and two cats. Elia holds a BA in education from Antioch College and a Ph.D. in psychology from New York University. Through his life, Elia has been a fisherman in Alaska, horse trainer, school teacher, silk screen artist, carpenter, and research scientist. Elia studies Buddhist philosophy but sees himself as a romantic empiricist. He practices martial arts and jazz woodwinds, and hopes to begin a new career as a writer.
