About the Author
Born and raised in the Philippines, Elizabeth Peláez Norris has been a long time resident of the San Francisco Bay Area where she teaches Spanish and English at a Catholic high school. She weaves creative writing into her lessons and has been adviser of her school’s award-winning literary magazine for over 20 years. She holds Master’s degrees in Spanish and Education. Her prose and poetry have been published in literary magazines, anthologies, and journals in the U.S. and the Philippines. Inner Voices is her fi rst collection of poetry to be published.
