About the Book
TALES OF THE BLUE WATERS -- Conroy is a Renaissance Man of the New Caribbean. He lives aboard his classic sloop, the Running Wild, based on St John in the US Virgin Islands. He’s a part-time shark fisherman, charter boat skipper, smuggler; sometime contract hit-man. A full-time pirate. He takes aboard Alex, a teenager already with a criminal history and there as a favor to an old friend. Conroy fulfills a contract on a Mafia ‘made man’ in St Thomas, but complications arise when he spares a witness. He finds himself targeted now, but he has one more contract to take care of. Despite feeling that he’s run out his luck, he plans to use Alex this time
About the Author
Author Biography Peter Farrell is the author of five novels, four screenplays and various magazine articles. The themes are, invariably, marine related, island connected and with characters of the eccentric flavor. The action? Well, that can get hot. A Vietnam era veteran, the author finished his schooling courtesy of the State of New York University system. He has taught in the public schools, owned a bar, caught fish and delivered more boats throughout the Caribbean and along the East Coast than he cares to count.
