About the Book

This book is a photographic journey through the seasons with a mother tiger and her cubs. Accompanied by a rhyming narrative, this book illustrates the loving and playful behavior between three little tiger cubs and their mom. Follow along as these baby tigers experience the wonders of the first four seasons of their life. Read, as the cubs discover their first snow, “Cautious at first, but growing more brave, they run and they jump and they all start to play!” This is a book for children of all ages and shows them the softer side of this magnificent animal.

About the Author

Laura C. Crossley is an amateur wildlife photographer who enjoys writing, as well. After being encouraged by family and friends to share her tiger cub photographs, her mother and husband persuaded her to turn her collection of photographs into a children’s storybook. Laura saw this as a wonderful opportunity to introduce the softer side of the Siberian Tiger to children, as this magnificent animal faces the threat of extinction. Laura’s hope is that children will fall in love with these cubs, just as she did, when they see the tender and playful interaction between a “Mama” tiger and her cubs.
