About the Book
Osborne, a little brown mouse who lives in Osborne House on the Isle of Wight, off the coast of England, had so many questions. Why is the sky blue? Why is the grass green? Is the moon really made of green cheese? Why is it warm in summer and cold in winter? He learned that he could find the answers in books, if only he could read. This book tells how he traveled to America and accomplished that feat. The book is beautifully illustrated by Carolyn Mortimer.
