About the Book

“Cast Your Hate to the Wind” is a book of poems based on some of my life experiences and observations I have made. The title of the book, “Cast Your Hate to the Wind” is a re-wording of an old song “Cast Your Fate to the Wind.”

Most of the poems in this book were written in the latter part of the twentieth century. Hopefully war, hate, racism, and children’s issues won’t be the subject of a poet in the latter part of this century.

About the Author

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York the author of “Cast Your Hate to the Wind” was educated in the public school system of New York City. During the early years of the author’s life reading and writing were not two of the author’s favorite subjects. Sometime during the author’s teenage years (probably after he just passed a poetry class in high school) he began writing poetry. Over the years poetry writing became a hobby. “Cast Your Hate to the Wind” is the author’s way of sharing some ideas and observation that he has made over the years.
