About the Author

Elizabeth A. Badowski was born in the Ohio. She spending most of her childhood growing of in the South. She spent time playing with friends, riding her bike, playing sports, drawing on sidewalks, playing the piano and reading. Her love for children´s books began as a young child enjoying the tales of Winnie the Pooh, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Curious George and Charlotte´s Web. Elizabeth´s passion for children´s books grew as she read and made up bedtime stories for her own children. She was inspired to write The Brotherhood of the Stinky Underpants, her first published work, while encouraging her youngest son to make the leap from diaper to potty. Pottytraining young children is a universal experience for every parent and open communication fosters a trusting bond between parents, children and their families. For young children, support is essential in building self-confidence and creativity is fundamental in the learning process. Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse and lives in the bluff city of Memphis, Tennessee, where she spends her time with her family.
