About the Author
Herman McKoy was born in St. Ann, Jamaica. Growing up with nine siblings, aunts, grandparents and a host of cousins, has given him valuable experience in understanding the complexity of family life. These experiences have enabled him to give an accurate portrayal of a fictional family in this his first novel. Herman has been involved in writing over many years and is the head of the publication department at the True Witness Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) Inc. Paterson, N.J. He is also a teacher and counselor to many. He and his wife, Madge, reside in Elmwood Pk., New Jersey and have three children and two grandchildren
