About the Book

Ramon Barelas complex, philosophical artwork swirls together ancient oriental, western, and Mesoamerican religious symbols with modern theories and concepts of quantum mechanics. He calls for a freeing and transformation of human consciousness. His paintings and installations show his own liberation from spaces limited by enclosing lines and finite numbers as he discovers a multilayered elastic cosmos of infinite probabilities. His work puts this launch is a dynamic of numbers and formulae, holograms, and even oracles, splashed by his tropical 3D palette.

About the Author

La Dra. Grisel Gómez-Cano dirige las cátedras de humanidades, historia y estudios mejicanos y latino-americanos del Houston Community College. Ha publicado varios libros y artículos sobre el folklore mesoamericano y venezolano Ilustraciones por Jorge Briceño, artista visual y educador venezolano, quien estudió arte en Brazil, Chile, Venezuela y México.
