About the Book

A baby bunny becomes a Huge bunny by sucking on herbicide-laden weeds. Alfred and “Huge” become friends. To protect Huge he doesn’t tell anyone. But Huge wants to take Alfred and two friends for a wild ride with farmers and police in pursuit. Huge destroys the county’s whole Air Force.

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY Dr. D. tells stories in a university town.. He learned from his brother, Dr. Tom, inventing kid stories. Dr. D. practiced on his own 9 kids. He tries to match Tom’s inventiveness by having school children choose story characters. He told stories to college kids for 40 years. ILLUSTRATOR BIOGRAPHY Sophia (Wenhui) Lu was born in China, now lives in California. Sophia began to learn drawing at age 4, tutored by an art professor. Her drawings at age of 6 through 8, won several national prizes in China for children art, such as Little Star Cup. Sophia does a variety of art: watercolor, sketch, color pencil, and Cartoon.
