About the Author

R. Lee brings the concept of emotional well-being and the beliefs and values gained as a career educator to the first in the series of Lacey Learns®. R. Lee recognized early, with his own daughter and two sons, then as the principal of a middle school, and today with his five grandchildren, that each child discovers the world with their senses open to the world as they go about trying to define their understanding of emotions. Ultimately, we become grounded as adults by the emotions we learned as children.

Lacey Learns – Love and Beauty is a learning touchstone for teachers, moms, dads, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and all of us to use with our children. The hope is that through Lacey you will find reason to have your own conversations about the essential beliefs and values that guides your life.
