About the Author

Dr. R. Winn Henderson is the Director of Intimacy on the international dating site, Singles Love Matches (SLM), and this is his 39th published tome. Although Dr. Henderson usually writes about the treatment of addiction (www.freedomfromaddiction.info), Intimate Connections—Romantic Relationships represents Dr. Henderson’s foray into a new genre. His research occurred over a four-year period with interviews of hundreds of women on various websites (Match, eHarmony, Our Time, Zoosk, POF, Chemistry, Senior People Meet, E-vow, and SLM). This book provides a mechanism whereby men and women can really focus on quickly (in many cases in as little as 4 hours) determining compatibility and love potential and developing intimacy with their potential objects of affection. Dr. Henderson’s rapid discovery process short-circuits the traditional method of developing relationships that can take weeks or months before determining whether potential for a long-term relationship exists, and if it doesn’t, the traditional cycle just repeats…along with the wasted time, energy, and money that goes along with meeting person after person who provide no promise of a long-term relationship.
