About the Book
Little David presents the early life of the biblical king David in simple poetry at about a third-grade reading level. It covers his life as a young shepherd boy up to his victory over the giant Philistine solder, Goliath.
About the Author
Mary Heyn is a retired elementary school teacher with a love of God, a love of children, and a gift of words. She hold a master’s degree in elementary education and another in lay ministry.
