About the Book

Why, Oh Why presents wondrous questions that are not often pondered on, yet they are asked nonetheless. Through this curious trail, page by page of charming illustrations, aiding in this philosophical journey for those of us that ask, Why, Oh Why reminds us that questions are good to ask and are encouraged, especially for the adaptive security of our future and the future of our beloved children. Answered questions aid in sculpting our children’s understanding of our world as it is—the possibilities of improvements and the lessons of the past we learned from the hard way. Questions that are deeper can be challenging, yet they can make way for an interesting adventure between you and your child (ren). Learning is the greatest adventure in this grand mystery we live in, so we must ask with humility and dignity, in effort to find answers or just to find better questions.

About the Author

I came from a medium sized family that grew up in a small city in Minnesota. My interest in writing had started very young. When I was 6, I started writing stories and illustrating them. I have been hooked ever since! I now am married and have mothered several children that are precious bright lights of love and hope in our lives. I’ve always gone on walks in whatever neighborhood I have lived in, whether it was with my younger sister and I as teens venting about our day or her accompanying me and my first born in effort to aid losing my baby weight. The habit has now become a favorite activity that I’ve done and still do with all my children as well as with my husband too. It started to become a time we’d not only walk, but where I’d try out story ideas with them, or make one up as we’d walk. Our children also take turns and have a go at it too. This is one of those stories that I had created in part, on one of our several walks. I really enjoyed working on this tale and hope you enjoy reading it!
