The Harassment of Reginald D. Payne is self-narrative of a sometimes-troubled man from Oakland, California. Although something of a simple read, this book is often hard hitting in its descriptive nature and continuous search for the readers’ empathy. Plain-talking, Payne takes a year of what he describes as a ten-year pounding of sleep harassment. Only you can be the judge. Is Payne crazy, or are there forces outside his control harassing his attempts to sleep?

About the Author

Reginald D. Payne is a 1997 graduate of Grambling State University. Trained as a journalist, he was born and raised in Oakland, California. Today he resides in Sacramento where he is often found as a neighborhood activist for peace, though more often than not he can be found cheering on his local sports teams, or hobbying around his vast record,tape, and cd collection.
