About the Author

Oni Shabazz is the founder of a Pre and Post Bereavement Consultant/ Contract Service and has a master’s degree in Christian Counseling. She has been involved with funeral arranging and event planning for over thirty-seven years and counting. She has helped countless families create meaningful ceremonies that also focus on the celebration of a loved one’s life. This company was there to provide timely, excellent, efficient, and compassion- oriented service in those grim times. My life and journey flash before me know that I have my being. I know that God is the author and finisher of my life. We are only here for a moment in time. Our impact is what counts! The impact you have on the lives you touched is what I feel. Death and dying visited me again from 2015 to present, I became overwhelmed by the death of my late husband, two sisters, two greatnephews, a niece, a brother, and several friends. I was in a house fire, which burned my forehead and hair. Literally, my kitchen, living area was demolished, and the smoke consumed the entire house. I was in an extended stay for almost five months, and I met the place, Goshen, CA., that the Holy Spirit put on my heart and mind to visit. Here came forth the vision and clarity for this book, A Tunnel of Hidden Thoughts Released. I know I have a purpose in my path! Besides her business and vision, Oni is a collector of fine arts and paraphernalia. She also gains further inspiration from networking and visiting the coast. She has a special bond with the humbling life force of the ocean. She finds solace surrounded by the mountain and the city of lights, Las Vegas. She enjoys great movies and good music of all genres.
