About the Book
Eight-year-old Rosie claims to like dogs, but she is afraid of dogs of all shapes and sizes. She wishes that she could be like millions of people, who are not afraid of them. “Why can’t I be afraid of broccoli or brussels sprouts instead?” wonders Rosie. In this heartwarming story filled with bravery, compassion, and humor, the author chooses the most adorable puppy to help Rosie overcome her fear of dogs, at least one dog for now.
