The 5th Pumpkin is a story about carving pumpkins with the family.... but with a mysterious twist. It's a book about a special Halloween family activity that can have hilarious outcomes. When the Kelton family just started out - the father always carved just one pumpkin at Halloween - his name was Atchy-Catch. As the family grew, each child wanted their own name for their own special pumpkin. As the tradition grew - and they were a family of 5... the Mother needed a pumpkin. This is where the mystery and the FUN started. Read along and discover how the 5th Pumpkin gets its name every year. About the Author

Long before this became a written story it was a family event going back to around 2005. It continues as a family event. And though the Mother of the story passed away in 2009, her memory is vividly recalled by each years’ THE FIFTH PUMPKIN event and celebration. Many thanks to my daughter, Kirsten DeVono for taking and shaping this story to become the great book it is -- to which she has added some very special family activities. She worked diligently, and always creatively, with the Xlibris staff.
