Lily and Lucy at the Playground is a delightful tale of a girl and her two puppies at the neighborhood playground and the importance of being safe while playing outdoors. Follow Emma and her puppies' journey as they enjoy the day at the park while making new friends and learning new tricks!

About the Author

Caroline Harris was born and raised in Lido beach, Long Island. She continues to live on the north shore of Long Island with her son and family. She is presently a kindergarten teacher for the past 18 years and enjoys working with children and teaching them the joys of learning. It is with great pleasure that she and her good friend Elizabeth introduce the beginning of a new series of books in which children will be able to learn to read and enjoy on their own. Elizabeth Melillo was raised on the north shore of Long Island. She has enjoyed a distinguished career as an executive within the financial services industry with a focus on International Banking. She has also held positions as Chief Financial Officer and as Business Controller for small to medium size organizations on Long Island. Elizabeth has an MBA from NYIT and is a NYS licensed CPA. Her desire to author children’s books that are fun and instructional originated during the developmental years of her own two children. Elizabeth intends to develop this book into a visual and audio learning series for children to cherish.
