About the Author
Neil McKinnon Agnew (PhD University of Toronto) is Senior Fellow at York University. His popular psychology text has appeared in six editions and he publishes extensively in scientific and professional journals. He set up and directed one of the largest counseling programs in North America and for twenty years supervised its self-change and management programs involving hundreds of client of all shapes and sizes. In his consulting practice he works with senior managers to help them manage the stress of rapid rates of change. John L. Brown (PhD Cornell) of the University of Alberta and Wins of Change Consulting has devoted his academic and consulting career to the practical management and implementation of change in organizations facing demands for immediate change in strategic direction and core capabilities. He also has hands on experience in designing and implementing a number of innovative undergraduate and graduate educational programs. He now enjoys developing and applying the ideas of Finding the Real You to conflict resolution, mediation and personal coaching.
