Ron Rowan didn’t graduate high school; but he did graduate college, and was ultimately selected to Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. He spent four years in the Air Force, two years in the Far East and most of 1951 in Korea. He hired on as a welder with a Fortune “50” Corporation and ended up an executive of the company. At 53 he walked away from the “Corporate Culture” and never looked back. He’s been married to his college sweetheart, Neva, for 47 years. They have two offspring: Rona, an Eng. Lit teacher and chair of her department, and Richard, a Penn State graduate engineer and ABS design specialist. Ron lives in the mountains of Maryland, cranking out novels (9 so far) His stories are well researched, informative and they grab their readers and run, “holding on to them to the very end.” He thoroughly enjoys his lengthy retirement (?).
