About the Book
Tales of the Ancient Horse began as a shorter anthology of the parts of section 1 and was expanded to include section 4, which is the sequel to the author’s book in print, Malory. This section 4 title, “Grail, The Legend Quest d’Arthur”, sequences the legendary events to the completion of the Arthurian quest for the Holy Grail, which is sought and found at the Castle of Carbonek, in a legendary land beyond Astalot, and which culminates at the closing of the Mass of Carbonek where the knights in attendance hope to find the place of the City of Sarras after Sir Galahad’s death. The section 4 addition makes the basis for the entire anthological work, which was compiled, translated, and written by David-Charlemagne.
