About the Author

Hank Turowski was born in Baltimore, Maryland, attended parochial school, graduated from the Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and also received a Masters Degree in Finance. After serving the country and living throughout the world for twenty years, he retired from the Navy in 1991, and began a second career as a writer. In addition to this book, he has written the previously published “Plebe”, a popular trilogy of novels set at the Naval Academy during the Vietnam War, as well as several Screen Plays and adaptations, and a book of Short Stories “The First Twenty Five”. Hank currently lives in Washington State with his wife Eileen and her son Scott. They are active in their local Catholic Parish and in their family garden. When he isn’t writing, Hank also manages a small corporation that consults to various Public Agencies and private companies in the fields of Project and Construction Management.
