About the Book
Sister Bonner and Sister Weston are tracting during the hot August summer of central Arizona. They experience disappointment and great joy as they share their testimonies while serving the Savior. The lives of the ward members where they serve touch theirs in varying degrees. There are some people who’s lives are directed and guided by the power of their commitment to the Savior and there are those who’s indifference deny them the blessings that come from completely immersing ones life into the gospel plan. There is the assurance that the gospel brings happiness and helps with the vicissitudes of life. From Mesa, Arizona to Eagle, Idaho; the eastern shore of North Carolina to Baltimore, Maryland; Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and the grounds of the Washington D. C. temple; all play a part in the unfolding of the lives of ordinary people in both ordinary and extraordinary ways. You will experience the joy of lives that are touched by a testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ as well as the sadness that tears at the heart as a loved ones is taken early in life. Through it all there comes an assurance that following the Savior is worth any sacrifice that is asked.
