About the Book

Neglected by Faith is a story based on a woman´s life that gets turned upside down when the lies and secrecy of her husband leave her to clothe and feed their three children on the cruel streets during the bitter cold winter in a remote town.

About the Author

Aleathea was born and raised on the west side of Chicago, attending Michael Faraday Elementary School where she began to put her imagination to work in the fifth grade, earning multiple awards. She then graduated and attended John Marshall High School where she took many English classes to enhance her writing. Aleathea also added a film study class, hoping one day that she too will see one of her books on the big screen. She took what she learned in film class and took it to the stage at her home church Rock of Our Salvation, putting on stage plays one of those is entitled Lord Help! My Faith Is at Stake, along with a few more. This is just the beginning of a long journey for Aleathea, and she’s taking her readers with her.
