Kevin Harrison, a lonely and over-worked trauma center physician finally agrees to a long overdue vacation. In the Caribbean, Kevin hopes to relax and possibly even find Ms. Right. Kevin does meet the woman of his dreams, but loses her too, as his vacation takes an unwitting downward spiral into the violent maelstrom of political intrigue, corruption and mayhem within the realm of modern piracy. With the help of a specialized police team, Kevin hopes to save the lives of his new friends, but will he be in time? And if so, will she still be there waiting for him?
About the Author
Ms. Butterfield is California born and raised, and currently resides in a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona with her favorite feline friend: Frederick. Romance, integrity, suspense, playfulness, and spiritual…as well as personal growth, are all values that play a vital role in her novels. Ms. Butterfield has written for many years, her first novel having been penned at the age of fourteen. She has also studied writing and journalism, becoming the Editor-In-Chief of the schools newspaper. She has published seven novels. Her most recent: “Journeys with Jesus” was released in December, 2013. She is currently working on her 74th novel.
