About the Book

Skipper the Florida Dog, Adventures at the Marina is a delightful story of summertime fun seen through the eyes of a puppy. The story is set in a marina on the coast of Old Florida. Skipper and his pal Rusty set off on adventure to Chase Fiddler Crabs and enjoy a full day of fun and friendship. You will enjoy going on an adventure, learning about the Florida way of life, and becoming an “Old Salt” yourself.

About the Author

I grew up on the west coast of Florida along the Gulf of Mexico. Many a summer day was spent swimming, boating, or just exploring along the beach or bay. Doing things as simple as chasing Fiddler Crabs, or collecting sand dollars, have left life long memories for me . Being a teacher, I wanted to write a story that was not only interesting to readers but provides insight to life on the Florida coast.
