About the Book
The Great Snowflake War is set in a world of make believe and tells a story about accepting the differences of others, appreciating their qualities, and working together for peace. The story takes place inside a snow cloud and snowflakes are the characters. A big argument starts when several of the snowflakes claim to be the prettiest and most special of all snowflakes. A great was starts and the cloud is filled with anger and revenge. Fortunately, one of the snowflakes knows the truth about all snowflakes and brings the Great War to an end. And in doing so, helps the other snowflakes find acceptance, forgiveness and peace.
About the Author
Mrs. Greenwood lives in New Hampshire with her family in the shadows of the great White Mountains; where she enjoys the wildlife that visit her backyard all through the year. She is a student of Springfield College, School of Human Services. Over the last thirty years she has been a self proclaimed student and advocate for victims of crime; teaching others about the harm that is caused. Although, she has been writing for a number of years “The Great Snowflake War” is her first published work. Mrs. Greenwood enjoys nature, writing fiction and poetry, as well as, drawing and painting.
